European transactional email services
Deliver application email from European infrastructure
Replaces: Mailchimp · Mailchimp Transactional Email · Postmark · Amazon Simple Email Service (SES)
A transactional email service delivers the mail your application sends to individuals: password resets, order confirmations, invoices, alerts. You hand messages over through an API or an SMTP relay, and the provider handles queuing, retries, bounce processing and the reputation work that keeps mail out of spam folders. Logs and webhooks tell you what was delivered, opened or rejected.
These messages carry names, addresses, order contents and reset links, and the provider stores a log of every one. Scaleway TEM, Sweego and Lettermint operate from Europe, keeping that log inside the EU. Because most of these services speak plain SMTP, moving to a European transactional email service is often just new credentials plus new DNS records for SPF and DKIM.

Transactional email from French provider Scaleway
Scaleway TEM is the transactional email service of the French cloud provider Scaleway. It offers an API and an SMTP relay for easy integration, so application mail such as password resets and receipts can be sent quickly, and a dashboard shows which messages went out and whether they were delivered.
