Sweego self-assesses its capital and governance as French. Its 2021 buyout announcement names three founders, Finorpa and two unnamed business angels, but the reviewed sources do not identify current ultimate voting control. The self-assessed sovereignty score is not an independent ownership audit.
Sweego is Mindbaz's platform for transactional email and SMS. Applications can send through an API or SMTP relay and inspect delivery events and logs. Paid plans also offer inbound email parsing into JSON delivered to webhooks.
Mindbaz is a French company. Its 2021 announcement describes a management buyout by three founders with two business angels and Finorpa, but does not establish the current distribution of voting control. The July 2026 processing schedule names OVHcloud, Scaleway and Alter Way for hosting in France.
Pricing
The Free plan includes 100 emails per day and excludes inbound routing. Individual starts at 10 EUR/month for 20,000 emails, or 8 EUR/month with annual billing, excluding VAT. Startup and Scaleup offer higher volumes. SMS credits are separate; the advertised 30% burst concerns email volume.
