Lettermint B.V. states that it is founder-owned, privately held and has no investors. Its published processing schedule places email infrastructure at UpCloud in the Netherlands and backups at OVHcloud in Germany. EU hosting describes this service infrastructure; messages are still delivered to the recipient's chosen email provider.
The current privacy policy identifies Lettermint B.V., KvK 99337711. Its ownership statement explicitly says founder-owned with no investors, and the founders' January 2026 account documents the transition from a partnership to a B.V.
Pricing
The Free plan includes 300 emails per month, one domain and one user. At 10,000 emails per month, Starter costs 10 EUR, Growth 13 EUR and Pro 15 EUR, with different features and overage rates.
