Keila

Keila is an open source email marketing tool from Germany. It sends newsletters and campaigns to your contact lists and is available both for self-hosting on your own server and as a managed service, so you can start hosted and move to your own infrastructure later.

The managed service is hosted in the EU, which makes it a European alternative to the American newsletter platforms. Sending still runs through Amazon SES by default, but you can configure your own transactional email service instead, even on the managed plan. It suits organisations that want their subscriber lists in Europe.
