GermanyCodeberg is a version control service for open source projects, run from Germany. It is built with Forgejo, the open source forge software, and gives projects the familiar workflow of repositories, issues and merge requests.
Hosting is provided by IN-Berlin, so repositories stay in the EU, and the whole stack is open source. That makes Codeberg a European alternative to GitHub for maintainers who would rather not keep their work on an American platform.
