European session recording tools

A session recording tool captures how visitors actually use a page: where they move, click, scroll and hesitate. From that it builds heatmaps showing the busiest parts of a layout, and some tools replay an individual session so you can watch someone get stuck at a form field. It is a way to find usability problems that analytics numbers only hint at.
