Friendly Analytics

Friendly Analytics is a web analytics service from Switzerland based on Matomo, the widely used open source analytics software. On top of ordinary traffic reporting it adds a tag manager, heatmaps and funnels, and it can track without cookies, which removes the need for a cookie banner.

The service is hosted with Swiss hosting providers, and an import feature brings existing Google Analytics data across, so it is a practical European alternative for sites leaving Google. Support by email, video and audio call is included. It suits marketing teams that want Matomo without running it themselves.

Pricing

Starter costs 19 CHF per month and Professional 49 CHF per month, with more page views and features such as the tag manager, heatmaps and funnels. An Enterprise plan adds an SLA, single sign on and better support. All plans are 17 percent cheaper when bought for a year.
