sproof is an electronic signature software from Austria. Documents can be signed by one person or several, and you can add fields that have to be filled in before signing; higher plans turn such documents into reusable templates. Besides advanced signatures, sproof issues qualified signatures through the Austrian eIDAS provider A-Trust.

The service is eIDAS compliant, which makes the signatures legally binding in the EU, and the platform states that it is GDPR compliant and hosted in the EU. As a European alternative to US signing platforms, it suits individuals on the free plan and companies with regular contract workflows.

sproof is free for personal use. Paid plans for businesses start at EUR 10 per month, and an Enterprise plan adds an API and custom integrations.
