Nextcloud Office

Nextcloud Office is the document collaboration service of the Nextcloud suite. It lets several people write in the same text document, spreadsheet or presentation directly in the browser, next to the files they already keep in Nextcloud. Under the hood it is built on the open source editor Collabora Online.

Because Nextcloud is self-hosted open source software, the documents stay on the server you choose rather than with a cloud vendor. Installed in the EU, it works as a European alternative to the American office suites, which suits schools, public bodies and companies that need collaborative editing without sending drafts abroad.
