Bugfender collects application logs, errors and crashes from mobile and web devices so developers can inspect what happened before a failure. Offline logs can synchronize later. Beenario GmbH supplies the hosted service and offers a separately licensed on-premises edition.
The company advertises EU storage by default, subject to agreement. Its DPA names European and non-European suppliers; this is broader than Netherlands-only hosting. Ultimate control of the operator remains unverified.
Free includes 100,000 log lines per day, 24-hour retention and 2,000 devices. Team starts at €56/month on monthly billing or €39/month paid yearly, with 10 million monthly logs and 7-day retention. Pro starts at €127 or €89 respectively, with 30-day retention. Taxes are additional. Terms give conflicting cancellation notice periods: 10 business days in section 9 and 30 days before renewal in section 16. On-premises licensing is separate.
