Each instance runs on a private virtual machine with a dedicated IPv4 address, and one GitLab Runner is included, with more available.
Users, repositories, transfers and CI/CD time are unlimited. Hosting is on Scaleway and Hetzner, which use only renewable energy for their servers, making this a European alternative for development teams that want GitLab without operating it themselves.
