This service remains visible for context, but it is not counted or recommended as a European-controlled option.

How we classify services

Kimai is an open source time-tracking application from Austria. Users are grouped into teams with customers and projects assigned to them, invoices can be generated straight from clock-in and clock-out records, and reports give an overview of how the workforce spends its hours. An API is available for integrations and custom plugins.

The code is open, so Kimai can be self-hosted, and the managed version is hosted in the EU. As a European alternative to the American time-tracking services, it suits agencies, consultancies and any team that bills clients by the hour.

Pricing

The hosted standard plan costs EUR 2.99 per user per month.
