European alternatives to Clockify

Clockify is a time tracking application from the United States. It runs a timer in the browser, on the desktop or on a phone, groups entries by project, client and tag, and turns them into timesheets and reports you can export. Freelancers use it to see where their week went, and agencies use it to compare booked hours against what was estimated for a project.

Timesheets are personal data about employees, and in several European countries their handling is bound by works council agreements and by rules on monitoring staff, so the processing location is a genuine question rather than a formality.
