Exoscale Object Storage

Exoscale Object Storage is the S3 compatible object storage service of the Swiss cloud platform Exoscale. It has a standard tier and a cheaper archival tier for cold data, and it works with the usual S3 clients and libraries.

Data is kept in European zones in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria and Croatia, so you choose the country your objects live in. That makes it a European alternative for backups, media libraries and data lakes that should not sit with an American provider.

Standard storage costs 0.00002750 EUR per GB per hour and archival storage 0.00000626 EUR per GB per hour. Incoming traffic is free and outgoing traffic costs 0.02 EUR per GB.
