Run from France, Crisp is a European alternative to the American customer messaging platforms. Pricing is per seat, where a seat is one person who chats with customers, so it fits small teams that start on the free plan and add capacity as support volume grows.
There is a free plan with the basic functions. Two paid plans, Pro and Unlimited, add more features and more seats.
