The official SHAB incorporation notice identifies Any, a Verein in Zug, CHE-255.062.253, and was independently read as a historical incorporation record, not a current membership register. The company announced a US$13.4 million round led by Balderton in 2023 and investor board representation. Neither the association form nor this funding announcement establishes the current voting or veto rights. Ultimate control remains unresolved. Swiss law and a Zug forum apply. Anylab GmbH in Berlin is named as the EU privacy representative, which does not make it the ultimate owner.

The yearly pricing view lists Plus at US$4/month with 1 GB, Pro at US$8/month with 10 GB and Ultra at US$16/month with 100 GB. Paid plans offer unlimited shared channels. Applicable taxes and fees are extra under the terms. A 30-day initial-purchase refund policy has exceptions, including cryptocurrency payments. Check the selected billing cycle before purchase.
