Analyzati is a proprietary hosted analytics service for pageviews, visitors, referrals and campaigns. It offers reporting, exports and an API without persistent analytics cookies or visitor identifiers. Customers still need to consider what their URLs and query parameters disclose.
The current legal pages identify Susanna Molina as a Spanish sole trader. This explicit operator and ownership statement supports European control. AWS hosts the main analytics backend in Paris according to the DPA; European storage does not mean every supplier or support operation is European.
Terms and privacy documents updated on 31 July 2026 explicitly name Susanna Molina, a sole trader established in Spain, as the legal operator. This is stronger than founder attribution on the older About page and supports European control without assuming that a founder title proves ownership. Spanish law applies, with Barcelona as the business-customer venue and mandatory consumer protections preserved. The statement was checked on the company's legal pages; no independent tax-register verification was obtained.

Reviewed evidence places Amazon Web Services in the core service path. Even when workloads stay in an EU region, the standard AWS infrastructure remains under US ultimate ownership. Treat it as the separately operated AWS European Sovereign Cloud only when the provider explicitly documents that deployment.
