Sustainable, ad free email provider from Germany

GermanyEUEU hosted♻EU controlled

Visit website posteo.de

Posteo is an email provider from Germany without advertising, with a focus on security and sustainability. Next to webmail it offers a calendar including CalDAV and an address book including CardDAV. Custom domains are not supported, which makes the service more suitable for private users than for businesses.

Posteo is hosted in several locations around Germany and runs its servers and offices on renewable energy, with detailed public information about it. That makes it a European alternative to advertising-funded mailboxes for people who want a private account at a low price.

Pricing

The plan costs 1 euro per month. Extra storage, aliases and additional calendars can be added for a surcharge.
