Visitor-controlled accessibility aids from Germany

GermanyEUEU controlled

friendlyuse adds an accessibility panel to a website with one script tag. Visitors get over 25 aids, including text size and spacing, contrast and colour filters, text-to-speech, a reading ruler, focus highlighting and animation controls. The widget supports ten languages and saves preferences in the visitor’s browser without a visitor account.

A free single-page scan uses axe-core to flag automatically detectable WCAG A and AA issues and emails a report. The scanner does not cover every WCAG requirement, and the widget does not repair the underlying code or guarantee compliance. It complements accessible development and manual testing.

The company page identifies Peter Csipkay as founder and sole owner in Starnberg, Germany, with no external funding. The legal notice confirms the sole proprietorship but still has an unfinished address.

Pricing

From €19 per month for up to 10,000 monthly visitors, with a 14-day free trial. The single-page scanner is free.

Data and operations

Infrastructure and email path

Verified operational dependencies, shown separately from ownership and from the service's core data hosting.

Public website

Vercel

Non-European provider
Observed
The public website returned Server: Vercel and X-Vercel-Id headers on 5 October 2026. Its A record was 216.198.79.1. This establishes website delivery, not the app, database, widget origin or their storage regions.

Why this matters

Public DNS routes website visits through Vercel. Visitor IP addresses and request metadata can reach this non-European provider; this does not identify the core service's data location.

Authorised outbound email

ALL-INKL

European provider
Observed
The SPF policy includes spf.kasserver.com, authorizing ALL-INKL to send domain email. This does not establish the route of every transactional message.

Authoritative DNS

ALL-INKL

European provider
Observed
Authoritative NS records point to ns5.kasserver.com and ns6.kasserver.com. This is a DNS availability dependency, separate from application hosting.

Core service hosting

Supabase

Non-European provider
Observed
The privacy policy names Supabase for authentication, database and backend infrastructure. The subprocessor list leaves the project region, contracting details and transfer mechanism unfinished. Supabase names Supabase Pte. Ltd as its contracting entity; European customer-data residency is not established.

Why this matters

Reviewed evidence places Supabase in the core service path, so customer data may be processed under non-European control. Check the cited source for the documented region and scope.

Core service hosting

Undisclosed app, API and widget hosting

Provider control not verified
Observed
The subprocessor schedule says the app, API and widget delivery providers and data-centre regions still need to be finalized. The public website route alone does not resolve this.

Payment processing

Stripe (planned)

Optional feature or channel

Non-European provider
Observed
The policies describe Stripe as planned for checkout, invoices and payment status when paid billing is activated. It is a conditional billing path, not verified current production processing or part of the visitor widget settings.

Why this matters

When this payment method is used, Stripe (planned) processes payment and billing data. This role alone does not establish access to the service's other customer content.

Public DNS records identify visible providers and routes, not every backend location or private data-region setting.
