Element Call is an open source voice and video conferencing application built on MatrixRTC. It supports encrypted group calls, screen sharing and a standalone web experience as well as calls embedded in Matrix clients.

The complete calling stack can be deployed with a Matrix homeserver, LiveKit and Coturn, including in isolated environments. It is listed as a self-hosted option because the operator chooses the infrastructure and jurisdiction.

Pricing

The community software is free and open source. Hosting and operating the required infrastructure are separate costs.
