How we classify services

Operational dependency warning

Relies heavily on non-European providers

Current public evidence shows 6 non-European infrastructure or email dependencies across 5 providers: Cloudflare, Mailchimp, Microsoft, Twilio SendGrid, Zendesk. The reviewed operational path is therefore not entirely European.

Review dependencies ↓

Clouding is a VPS hoster operated entirely from Spain. CPU, RAM and storage can be adjusted in real time, storage is enterprise grade NVMe, and both IPv4 and IPv6 are supported. A REST API covers automation, scheduled backups and integration into CI/CD and DevOps workflows, and support is available around the clock in English and Spanish.

The servers stand in high availability Tier III data centres in Barcelona, certified to ISO 27001 and powered by certified renewable electricity, so data stays in the EU under GDPR. API calls pass through the Cloudflare CDN, but stored data never leaves Clouding's own infrastructure. It is a European alternative for developers and startups that want flexible infrastructure without long term contracts.

Pricing

Billing is hourly and based on what you actually use, with no upfront commitment, and each instance can be configured with its own CPU, RAM and SSD allocation. A live cost calculator on the website helps estimate the bill.
