Cloud IAM is an identity and access management service from France that runs Keycloak for you. Keycloak is the open source OAuth server backed by Red Hat, and because the software is widely used and your data can be exported, the risk of vendor lock-in stays small.
The management API runs at the European provider Scaleway, which is also one of the hosting options for your own Keycloak server; GCP and AWS are offered too, at higher prices and outside Europe. Choosing Scaleway makes this a European alternative to American identity services, suited to teams that want Keycloak without operating it.
Pricing
The free plan offers one realm and 100 users without a custom domain or SSL, so it is meant for development and testing. The cheapest paid plan hosted on Scaleway starts at 110 euro per month.
