ClickMeeting Sp. z o.o. provides live, automated and on-demand webinars, meetings, recordings and paid events. Its operator is registered in Poland under KRS 0000604194, VAT PL5842747535, at Aleja Grunwaldzka 413, 80-309 Gdańsk.
The official KRS and beneficial-owner registers support control by Szymon Kamil Grabowski, whose Polish citizenship and residence are confirmed in CRBR. Terms effective 26 June 2026 use Polish law and the court at the registered office after the complaint procedure. The service is offered to traders; GetResponse is a disclosed affiliate and email supplier, not the registered corporate parent.
Official CRBR identifies Szymon Kamil Grabowski as the beneficial owner, a Polish citizen resident in Poland, with direct share rights of PLN 950,000 and no special privileges. Current KRS lists one shareholder and marks the all-shares flag true. However, it still lists 1,900 shares worth PLN 950,000 against PLN 1,187,500 total capital; the unexplained nominal-value inconsistency is recorded rather than presented as a reconciled 100% holding. The evidence supports European control.
Pricing
Live prices checked 17 September 2026 at 50 attendees: Live €41/month, Automated €52/month; the annual selector displayed €31.92 and €42 per month, billed annually. These displayed offers can change; applicable taxes and add-ons require checking. The free option is a 14-day trial for 25 attendees, with no payment card required, not a permanent free plan. Paid plans include three additional logins; Live advertises six hours of recording storage and 1 GB of files. Enterprise events up to 10,000 attendees are quoted separately.

Data and operations
Infrastructure and email path
Verified operational dependencies, shown separately from ownership and from the service's core data hosting.
Core service hosting
OVHcloud
European provider- Observed
- The official hosting FAQ lists OVH Sp. z o.o. server rental/cloud services in France, Germany and Poland. This is the company's processing-location disclosure, not an independently audited placement of each recording and backup.
- Evidence
- Hosting and privacy FAQ ↗
Core service hosting
Amazon Web Services
US-controlled cloud- Observed
- Hosting FAQ lists AWS EMEA SARL cloud processing in Germany. The participant-data list separately identifies transactional email in France/Germany. AWS is a US-controlled supplier despite these European processing locations.
Why this matters
Reviewed evidence places Amazon Web Services in the core service path. Even when workloads stay in an EU region, the standard AWS infrastructure remains under US ultimate ownership. Treat it as the separately operated AWS European Sovereign Cloud only when the provider explicitly documents that deployment.
Core service hosting
Leaseweb Deutschland GmbH
Provider control not verified- Observed
- The hosting FAQ lists server rental and data processing in Germany. This review did not establish Leaseweb's ultimate voting control or a customer-specific infrastructure annex.

Customer email delivery
GetResponse S.A.
Provider control not verified- Observed
- Participant-data list explicitly calls GetResponse an affiliated company and lists transactional email in Poland/France, with access to email address and first/last name. Actual _spf-trans.clickmeeting.com includes _spf.getresponse.com and amazonses.com. An affiliate/supplier is not automatically ClickMeeting's legal parent.
Supporting services
DeepL SE and Zjednoczenie.com sp. z o.o.
Provider control not verified- Observed
- The participant list identifies customer/participant-activated translation via DeepL in the EEA and ClickConference maintenance via Zjednoczenie.com in the EEA. Listed locations do not establish supplier ultimate control. The short list concerns participant data, not every website/account supplier.
Public website
OVHcloud
European provider- Observed
- 17 September 2026: clickmeeting.com and www.clickmeeting.com resolve to 51.68.187.139 and 51.195.74.156; RIPE allocation records both show country DE. This review did not reproduce Grok's claimed Canadian website address. DNS allocation geography does not prove workload residency.
Incoming business email
Microsoft 365
Non-European provider- Observed
- MX 0 clickmeeting-com.mail.protection.outlook.com
- Evidence
- Current daily MX lookup ↗
Why this matters
Published MX records route incoming business email through Microsoft 365. Correspondent details and message content can therefore enter this non-European provider's systems; MX does not reveal the configured storage region.
Supporting services
ClickMeeting AI transcription using Whisper, according to company
European provider- Observed
- May 2026 company explanation names OpenAI's Whisper model and says audio/transcripts stay within ClickMeeting infrastructure and are not used for model training. This is an operator claim; it does not establish an OpenAI API transfer or a separate OpenAI subprocessor. Exact model deployment and technical region annex remain unreviewed.
