Clearhaus

Clearhaus A/S is a Danish payment institution and Visa/Mastercard acquirer. It processes authorisations, payments, settlements and chargebacks through the merchant's chosen payment gateway, with a dashboard and developer APIs.

The operator is CVR 33749996, Danish FSA no. 22006. Merchant terms ENG 2026-02 use Danish law and Aarhus courts. Individual agreements set reserves; Clearhaus can reassess risk and pass on scheme fees. Its Danish licence does not establish European ultimate ownership.

Pricing

Country-specific transaction pricing. With Netherlands selected on 17 September 2026: local consumer cards 1.45%, minimum €0.20; business and foreign cards from 2.75%, minimum €0.40. No monthly or setup fee. Authorisation €0.03, 3D Secure €0.04, refund €0.25, chargeback handling €35; late capture 0.34% and currency conversion 0.9% where applicable. Fees are stated not subject to VAT. Enterprise/high-risk offers and gateway charges require separate checking.
