The MSA names ADVANCED ADMINISTRATIONS Sp. z o.o., Warsaw, under Polish law. Official KRS 0000567375 records PLN 40,000 capital split equally between two shareholders. The API masks their names and states a record date of 21 November 2025, although retrieved on 16 September 2026. Voting arrangements and ultimate control jurisdiction remain unverified. BCDN LTD in Cyprus is listed as a partner, not a proven parent.
BlazingCDN offers a hosted Anycast CDN for static files and HLS streaming, plus a Video CDN with replicated files and permanent cache. The customer origin remains the source for pull caching; HLS delivery does not include transcoding.
ADVANCED ADMINISTRATIONS Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is the contracting operator. Delivery is global. A separately scoped agreement can specify EU cache facilities, log storage and support access. Onboarding is assisted by an engineer.
Published prices start at $5/TB with a $25 monthly minimum covering the first 5 TB. Higher traffic uses progressive volume tiers. Video CDN permanent cache costs $0.02/GB per month after 500 GB included. The 14-day test bills traffic at $5/TB and waives the monthly minimum; it is not free. Taxes may apply. Despite 'no contracts' marketing, MSA 14.1 sets a one-year minimum and annual renewal with 60 days' notice unless the order provides an exception.
