AlphaVPS is a VPS hoster based in Bulgaria. The range is split by use case: high performance instances, storage heavy servers, budget options and plans where the underlying hardware is specified. Locations include Bulgaria, Germany and the United Kingdom, alongside sites in the United States.
AlphaVPS offers a European-owned option for developers and self-hosters who want a low-cost virtual server. Customers can choose locations in Bulgaria and Germany, in the United Kingdom or in the United States. The Bulgarian ownership does not make every location or supporting supplier an EU service.
AlphaVPS is operated by DA international group EOOD (ДА интернешънъл груп ЕООД), UIC 202826767, VAT BG202826767. The official Bulgarian register on 15 September 2026 names Alexander Asenov Barakov as manager and sole owner of capital, establishing European control. The registered seat is Troyan; the website lists an operating office at 8 Asen Yordanov Blvd, Sofia. VIES confirms the entity name and Troyan address. No explicit governing-law or court clause was found in the reviewed terms.
Pricing
The C2G VPS has 2 vCPUs, 2 GB RAM, 30 GB NVMe storage and 3 TB transfer for 2.99 euro monthly or 30.50 euro yearly, equivalent to about 2.54 euro per month. A 256 GB Storage VPS costs 2.50 euro monthly or 20 euro yearly. VAT depends on the customer's country.
