YouTrack is a project management and team collaboration tool from JetBrains, based in the Czech Republic. Teams track tasks and projects, work together on whiteboards, keep a knowledge base and handle customer support requests in the same system, and AI assistance is included at no extra cost.
YouTrack runs in the cloud or on your own server. Cloud data centres are operated by Amazon Web Services, with EU instances stored in Frankfurt or Ireland, while self-hosting keeps everything in your own hands. That makes it a European alternative to the American issue trackers for teams that have outgrown a simple task list.
