It covers the project life cycle from quotation to invoice with multi-project management, resource and task planning, time tracking, a ticket system, invoicing and CRM. It supports Scrum, PRINCE2 and IPMA/GPM, is highly customisable and is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
More than 850 companies in over 15 countries use it. BCS runs in German data centres, and the Leipzig II site is powered entirely by renewable energy, while the company promotes paperless processes and online meetings instead of travel. It is a European alternative for service providers that need one system for planning and billing.
Pricing
On-premises licences cost from 200 to 350 dollars each depending on the modules chosen. The SaaS cloud version costs 5 percent of the licence purchase price.
