Mistral AI SAS is registered in Paris, SIREN 952418325. The filed statutes read describe 2024 decisions, including ten votes per SP share and investor approval rights. They do not identify current holders. Later international funding disclosures do not provide a current voting table. French incorporation and named founders therefore leave ultimate control unresolved in this review.
Operational dependency warning
Current public evidence shows 11 non-European infrastructure or email dependencies across 9 providers: Brave Software Inc, Cloudflare, CoreWeave, Google, HubSpot, Intercom, Microsoft, Stripe Inc, Twilio. The reviewed operational path is therefore not entirely European.
Mistral Vibe combines chat, writing, document analysis and coding tools from French company Mistral AI. Le Chat became Vibe in August 2026, with existing accounts and conversations carried over. Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise options have different limits and controls.
The hosted assistant is distinct from Mistral’s Apache-licensed Vibe CLI and separately licensed model weights. An account export is available, but this review did not verify its file format or a complete import into another assistant. Canceling a subscription preserves paid access until the billing period ends; export before deleting the account.
Checked 18 September 2026: Free available. The Netherlands EUR view showed Pro at €18.14/month and Team at €30.24/user/month, including tax; the Team selector started at two users. Enterprise is quoted separately. Usage limits and separately billed API consumption apply. Subscriptions renew automatically; ordinary cancellation is not a refund, with a 14-day withdrawal right in the EEA consumer terms.
