The imprint names Kalender.digital GmbH, Heltorfer Str. 6, 40472 Düsseldorf, VAT DE461175021. It identifies representative shareholders, and a secondary register notice describes the 2025 conversion from an eGbR. Current share percentages and voting or veto rights were not verified. Ultimate control remains unresolved. The privacy notice still names Maximilian Ciupka as controller, rather than the GmbH.
Calendar.online is the international version of Kalender.digital, operated by Kalender.digital GmbH in Düsseldorf. It offers shared calendars, sub-calendars, reminders and booking features.
Participants use access links with configurable permissions instead of individual logins. Anyone holding a link can use its permissions; paid plans can add a password. The administrator link should remain private. The service is hosted, including when embedded in another website.
Basic is free with six sub-calendars and three access links. The English site lists Plus at USD 6.90/month and Premium at USD 14.90/month per calendar, including VAT; annual billing is equivalent to USD 5.52 and USD 11.92/month. Plus has 20 sub-calendars and ten links; Premium has unlimited sub-calendars and links. Checked 16 September 2026.
