Dutch law applies and the terms specify 's-Hertogenbosch as the venue. The May 2025 company announcement identifies Austin-based Elsewhere Partners as the investor in a US$22 million round and announces a new CEO. It does not disclose the cap table, majority vote or veto rights. Older European-owned language and current directors do not settle control after that investment.
