Its published processing schedule places email infrastructure at UpCloud in the Netherlands and backups at OVHcloud in Germany. EU hosting describes this service infrastructure; messages are still delivered to the recipient's chosen email provider.

Email data is handled by UpCloud in the Netherlands, OVHcloud for backups in Germany, and Postmastery for deliverability monitoring in the Netherlands. The supplier list marks Stripe, PostHog and other business tools as receiving no email data; some have processing outside the EU. Corporate email uses OVHcloud.
