The service is operated by AhaSend B.V. in Amsterdam. Its DPA names core infrastructure providers in Germany, Finland, Bulgaria and Norway, while an optional United States egress node is available only when a customer chooses it. AhaSend says message data is not stored there.

AhaSend documents European core infrastructure by default. Customers can optionally select a United States egress route for delivery transit, which is a different choice from storage location.
