Under the articles of association dated 31 March 2026 (court register entry Srg 2026/18211, 25 May 2026), founder Dejan Grofelnik Pelzel holds 61.14% of BunnyWay d.o.o., co-founders Lovrenc Gregorcic and Borut Dagarin hold 6.94% and 6.64%, Runa Capital Fund IV L.P. (Bermuda) holds 20.38% in total, BunnyWay Nominee Limited (UK) 3.03%, and the Slovenian investors Tivoli Partners and Ameba Holding about 1.9% together. Each euro of capital carries one vote, the nominee shares and a 0.55% part of Runa's stake carry no votes, and ordinary resolutions need more than 50%, so the founder holds a voting majority.
