Customer payload follows the selected Cloud region, including European locations outside the EU. The public contract contains the processor appointment and offers the full subprocessor list on request, with 30 days' notice of changes. Application Platform specifically names Virtuozzo and permits safeguarded non-EU support access. Public website and company mail use Aruba infrastructure, which does not identify every customer workload or backup. The June 2026 privacy notice retains tax/accounting data for ten years after the contract, uncompleted orders for three months and traffic data for mail/connectivity services for six years.
