About Wire

Ownership

Wire states that European institutional investors hold more than 90 percent of the holding and names Janus Friis, Cipio Partners, Schwarz Gruppe and UVC Partners as its main shareholders. From 2019 to 2020 the group sat under a Delaware holding company, which was replaced by the German holding.
