HERE WeGo is provided by HERE Global B.V. in Eindhoven, which the LEI register shows as consolidated by HERE International B.V., and HERE International reports that no parent company consolidates it. Its largest shareholder, There Holding B.V., owned by AUDI AG, BMW (31%), Mercedes-Benz and other companies, held around 60% at the end of 2022, but Volkswagen reports that this stake does not give control. Mitsubishi Corporation and NTT bought 30% in 2020 through their joint company COCO Tech Holding B.V., and Bosch, Continental, Intel Capital and Pioneer were also named as shareholders.
